Lee Annecchino Executive Vice President, Global Aerospace & Defense Industry Lead, Capgemini

Lee Annecchino serves as Executive Vice President of Capgemini leading the Global Aerospace and Defense practice. Annecchino joined Capgemini in January 2022 bringing 25 years of experience driving profitable growth, building customer relationships, transforming business processes, and leveraging technology to create business value in the Aerospace industry.

Previously, Annecchino served as Vice President of Air Management Systems at Collins Aerospace leading the development, manufacturing, and servicing of air systems and components for commercial and defense programs.

He began his career with United Technologies in 1996 as a Rules Based Design Engineer with Pratt & Whitney, moving shortly thereafter to United Technologies corporate office as Program Manager for UTC’s Manufacturing Council. Annecchino also served as VP Operations & Quality for Power & Controls and held several other senior leadership positions at Collins Aerospace including VP integration, VP Quality, VP Supply Chain, Director of Programs and Business Development.

Annecchino earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Connecticut, where he was one of 12 students recognized as a University Scholar and created and completed a program curriculum focused on manufacturing and engineering management.
